| It is not sea front at all, rooms are poor and very very very noisy,Dirty bedclothes and towels where dirty personnel is not Thai, not helpful, not gentle. Thailand is wonderful, Thai people is wonderful, Patong is not a nice place but this hotel make it worst.
Avoid it as long as you can.
I would rather sleep on the beach before live on this hotel again. |

| Nice and clean hotelroom. The staff, especially Moon, was very helpful and fixed anything we asked for.
Not that far away from the beach and had that necessery aircondition in the room. |

| I have stayed at this guest house before and that is why I re-booked. However this time there was a marked decrease in the service level (no soap provided, no drinking water and room often not cleaned). It also was not good value for money given the price charged for the room in comparison with other places that I stayed in nearby. |

| It s a worst experiance in sea front hotel out of our stay in thailand. Staff is very rude and room is stinking.Dont book ever this hotel as Staff of hotel are thieves.From my bag they stolen my phone, cosmetics, gogles and some valuable things when we are out of hotel.Beware of this hotel. |

| Happy Room - чистая,убирают каждый день,полотенца меняют тоже каждый день - они вроде бы и чистые,но не белоснежные.Во время моего пребывания в низкий сезон отель пустовал,в холле постоянно лежал какой-то матрас,барная стойка всегда была закрыта - вобщем,у меня это место при отсутствии голосов других людей и шума создавало несколько депрессивный настрой,и часто я чувствовал себя тут очень одиноким:)Поэтому шел на Bangla Road,до которой топать минут 12 по прямой,вся прогулка днем и ночью сопровождается ежесекундными предложениями массажа,такси и зазываниями в рестораны.Поэтому,когда надоедало,выходил из гостиницы сначала к морю(до которого минут 5 мееедленным шагом) и топать на Банглу по набережной.В последние дни пребывания выяснилось,что на эту улицу ходить не обязательно,т.к. девочек можно легко найти в баре,который вплотную ко входу в гостиницу:)
Вроде бы все ниче,но больше в этой гостинице никогда не остановлюсь - атмосфера не подходит(может,в высокий сезон она там другая) |

| Room was cleaned everyday so every time when we are back, our room was always tidy and clean. Hotel is decently clean too. The room s safe is reliable too (at least when we were there). There is this friendly chinese-thai aunty every nite greeting us everytime when we re back to the hotel.
Location wise... area surrounded by pubs, 5mins walk to (sea)food, convenient stores, 10mins walk to Bangla rd, shopping n 15min walk to Patong beach.
Overall an alright low budget hotel with all the necessities.
Would consider staying there again, if on low budget trip to phuket again. |

| Big and clean rooms. Toilett and shower very good. Near to the beach, but to far away from the patong center.
But motorbikes here are very cheap.
The english from the personal could be better. |

| Clean and comfortable room with reasonable price, a bit loud as our room facing road, but you can enjoy beautiful sunset view at balcony. 15 minutes walk to center patong, I think is acceptable. |

| stoney monday took very good care of me and tolarated me being a single male in thailand it rocked ,spent 22 days and deffinetly going back only a few weeks to go best high i ever had, they loved me and i loved them,if ya dont go youll never no heaven on earth |

| The hotel was better than what I expected,if you are looking for a place which is not too close from bangla road, this is the place for you, Ms.Wanpen was very helpful and the cleaning lady was also very nice...due to our flight changed,we extended our stay another night in Sea Front and she even gave us discount..overall it was a good stay.. |

i not expected this hotel will be good.

| The room was big enough and clean.We also asked for a non smoking and quiet room which we got. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.5 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes slowly walking to Bangla road. The only negative we can report is that the tapwater was slightly browncoloured and sometimes smelled iron. We will stay there again if we comes to Patong. |

| I stayed there 3 nights just after x-mas and payed 2000 baht per night. It was peak season but even so it shouls have been 1500 for that standard and that time of the year. I think my stay was very pleasant, the staff was really friendly and the room was clean. Regards Roger. |

| Room was clean and staff were friendly. Location wasn t ideal as it was a bit of a hike to main night scene. Still, some bars and restaurants were very near. Overall, good value for the money. |

| this hotel was my last resort as all the others was fully booked.. stayed in blissful room. It was quite a disappointment as it was so small but the staffs there are friendly though.. Beach is rather far if u walk e wrong route. So do ask people around for direction. Rent a bike and u ll save a lot!! |

| Great little hotel. Staff were excellant. Meals and drinks available at hotel. Good clean rooms. Bit of a walk to Bangla rd but we were on bikes so no problem. Overall, great stay! |

| Well worth the price and great hotel! Though this hotel is pretty small but it is quite well maintained, cozy and clean. The staff here is very friendly and i have my stay here for 6 days and they always smile and greet me as warm as a family. I was having some diarrhea problems the third day stay here and was really sick, and the staff (a guy) on night shift was really very nice to get me hot water for me to take my medicine, and he is also very helpful when i have problem in fixing the right socket on my charger to charge my battery for my camera. This hotel truly has great asset of staffs and I felt truly warm welcome by them. The room also is given as per my request which is a corner unit with mountain view. One thing which need to be fixed and careful on this hotel is that their Water heater, it is not consistent when you tune to the right temperature and you think is alright, suddenly it will become hotter than previous then cold (meaning a while hot later a while cold). Overall was great experience staying here, good job! :) Thanks. *they will also compliment you a foot massage and drinks voucher as well as mineral water* I spent the songkran day (thai new year) here in patong, it was marvellous!! I will surely recommend all of you to expereince songkran in patong and no other beaches aside from patong! this hotel also is very near to the beach (about 5 min walking) and it has good location as it is situated at the very front of patong beach, so you are away from the noisy street like bangla road for some peaceful and quiet sleep, in the same time getting the heat and excitment not too far away. Really good for people who wanted to seek balance between noisy nightlife and peaceful time some time of the day, just like me. |

| A very nice hotel to stay although its a bit of distance of walking to centre Patong. Hotel staffs were friendly and the price was reasonable for the room. Overall I have to say, its worth to stay on this hotel. Cheers. |

| I would rate this Guess House as 3-star. Despite no facility provided in this place, the room is big enough, very tidy & clean. It s definitely value for money. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Location wise, so so, is about 10-15 mins walk to the Bangla Road. Not too near and not too far as well. About 10 mins walk to the Patong beach. Security wise, it s quite safe to place your stuff there. Safety box provided. Recommendable to stay for short period of time. |
