| not happy had a gold chain and gold charm also some tiffany bracelets stolen from our room by the cleaner on our day of check out. she said to my wife i ll quickly clean the room before we go that was at 3 0 clock we left at 4 0 clock to get vip bus to pattaya and called soon as we noticed and the hotel have done nothing to help us will never stay again |

| the reception staff is friendly. it s a great place, with fairly large bedrooms. very near to the beach and a walking distance to other amenities. just outside the hotel, is a tour agent who offers reasonable price. will definitely stay here again for the price, location and friendly staff. |

| Excellent hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Booked all my tours thru them. Breakfast was great, we ordered various meals and the food was excellent. Paid to be collected by Hotel to and from Airport, Tom (driver) very nice and on time. Did a day trip (hired Tom & car) .. to see Temple, Big Budda and Sunset ... very nice and reasonably priced. Seven Eleven just around corner as well as a very nice restuarant called No. 9 ... great food. Hotel 2 minutes from beach, pool of hotel very nice. Next to the back entrance of Novotel. Hotel has a lift. Rooms were cleaned daily, and go new towels and a bottle of water each daily. Beach towels were supplied by Hotel. Excellent value for money, would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Should I go back to Phuket I will stay there again. 10 minutes walk from the main area of Phuket, so not noisy at all. Walk next to beach. Tuc Tuc price about 150 baht from Bangla rode to hotel ... reasonably priced. |

| Neat and spacious room. Small swimming pool. Very close to beach. Food price is reasonable and it takes 20 mins walk to the centre. You can also take the taxi with a bargain fare about 30 bahts. |

| Hotel was very cheap, but do not think that they substitute for quality. This hotel was georgous!
The room was fantastic, everything was clean and looked new. Room service was fantastic.
The breakfasts were also top notch. |

| The personal is very sweet and very helpfull, The rooms are very nice and clean and has all the facilities you need. The hotel location is perfect for those who want s to be very close to all the night live, shopping ect. but still fare enough way to have a quiet place to retreat. |

| Me and my family were very pleased with our staying at Seven Seas Hotell. They were all very friendly and helpful at the hotel. They kept the room clean and the breakfast you could buy was good and to good price. It s close to the in my opinion best part of Patong beach and not to far away from good night life if that s what you are looking for. If we come back to Patong this hotel would be high on our list. | Small hotel, very clean, quiet even though situated close to Patong Beach. As I arrived late at 1 a.m. and left in the afternoon, I had not used the pool or meal service. Nevertheless, the shower, bed and room was worth for the budget. |

| the hotel is clean and nice, located at patong which is walking distance to pharmacies and 7 eleven, and it s convenient for taking public transport to other areas. The staff are nice and friendly. They even decorated our room as i requested them to on my proposal day. The hotel can arrange local tours which are at affordable price. It s definitely a good place to stay and value for money! |

| Seven Seas was a very good hotel. The rooms were clean, big and well decorated. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The staff was very helpful and helped arrange a number of activities. The restaurant was clean and had a nice variety of well cooked food. The location was perfect, close enough to the beach for easy access but far enough away from the thick of things to be peaceful and quiet. |

| Very nice, clean, and well managed hotel located on the northern end of Patong beach right next door to the Novotel. The rooms are very clean, A/C worked quietly. However, bring your own toiletries. It s about a 15-minute walk to Bangla Road and sometimes it s worth a taxi (200B) or motorbike taxi (80B) which can carry 2 people. It has tasty foods from its kitchen but there are plenty of restaurants out there as well. I only had one unplesant encounter with a short female reception staff who asked me why I didn t read the pricing sheet for laundry service in my room which I later shown her that sheet was missing from my room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again even though it was my first time to Phuket and have nothing else to compare it to. However, I know of a good value especially that I experienced it first hand. |

| this is a chinees run guest house not what i thought it was in the middle of patong accom is to say the least poor paid by credit card 2 days wish i had not .
asked for deposit upon arrivel ,when came to leave i asked for the deposit and there reply was that was to pay for the room .dont trust them rooms are poor and on the main road throught the town trafic night and day |

| This place is great for the value. Close to the beach. It is not close to Bangla road but a quick taxi or rent a motor bike at the front desk and you are good. The room was clean and new. I would definetly stay again when I come back. Nice place for single or family. |

| I found the Hotel to be clean and comfortable. No matter what time you might want to take a nap, it was quiet and the room darkeng drapes really helped out. The staff were all very nice and courteous. Great food at a reasonable price. Close to beach and shoppping. I will definitely be back. |

| Based on the price I paid, can t complain much. 20mins walk to Patong central. 5mins walk to beach. 10mins walk to 7-11, massage place, internet place and food places. Price of the foods in the hotel are reasonable and tasty. Free access of wireless internet but need to bring your own laptop. They don t have a computer except their own laptop which they don t lend to hotel guests. Staffs are good and polite. Room is very clean and spacious. Will go back there for sure. :-) |

| Clean, quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast not included but American breakfast for 100 baht. Small menu but good food. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to be away fom the hub-bub of Bangla as it s at the far north end of Patong beach. Tuk-tuk ride anywhere in Patong - 200 baht if you re going 200m or 5km. |
