| The producer of the brochure for this hotel has done a fantastic job. Unfortunately it was not much that was true.
The rooms were very simple and it smelled bad, especially the bathroom.
Forget seawiew and garden. The pool was of a smaller model,
They tried to fool us with that breakfast was not included in the price that we paid so make sure you have clear paper on what you paid
There are much better hotels in Patong that does not cost anything more than this hotel. |

| We are ver dissapointed with the services when we check out. We have been accused by teh recepcionist that we tool 2 bottles of mineral. We asked the waiter to check at the minibar and we can show them that the 2 of bottles mineral were still there but the lady keep ignore it what the waiter told and keep charge us with 40 Bath. This is not about the 40 Bath but accusation made to the tourist that we did not took it is not vey good services. BECAREFUL stay at his hotel when you check out make sure you chaeck your minibar together with the waiter or otherwise you will be forced to pay an extra money.

| this hotel is awesome... higly recommended. spacious. you can see the sunset from your room balcony. the air con is supper cold. they have a lot of channel with english speaking. |

| We were looking to find a place to crash for one night. The room is big but the hotel itself isn t in good shape. There s no shower curtian so the whole bathroom got wet, it didn t fell very clean. No suited for honeymooners. |

| Detta vart en stor besvikelse. Inte alls som det aviseades pa internet. Det var fula rum, toaletten funkade inte som den skulle och det gick oftast inte att spola. Vattnet luktade klorin som om dem tomde polen genom systemet, ite kul alls da rummet lukatde klor. Servisen sog! Frukosten en stor besvikelse, dem fyllde aldrig pa och man var tvungen att saga till da saker och ting var slut. Dem sa oftast att det var slut sakert for att dem inte orkade jobba. Det var alltd slut pa frukosten. Inte kul da man har ratt till det man betalat for. Valdigt dyrt for denna skit hotel. Vi hade en delux rum. Vi kollade aven pa dem andra rummen som skulle vara battre men dem var lika ruttna dem. Inte vart pengarna! |

| We only stayed here for one night, so rooms on the top floor was smaller that all the other rooms. It has a small pool on the roof so was good to relax in. Perfect location if you want to be right in all the main busyness of Patong and Bang la rood only a street away. Value for money. |

| do not go to this hotel!!!!! beds where horrible , smoke buts around pool , elevator stank ( we walked up 3 flights of stairs instead ). room service closes at 3 pm. way to expensive for what you get..... |

| i would not reccomend this hotel. the staff were very nice no problems there, but the room was below standard, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom |

| The hotel was slightly different than the displayed picture, so there s a small gap in our expectation. However, it is definitely value for money. The service is GREAT, and the location is GREAT too, it s within walking distance to the nightlife and very near to the beach. |

| Staff was ok but otherwise not my place. Many irritating smaller and bigger problems. Noisy, malfunctioning air conditioning. TV picture of inferior quality. An incredibly slow elevator. A jungle-like inner yard with a night club on the other side. Noise from there keeping you awake until 2 or 3 in the morning. Overall, makes an untidy and somewhat seedy impression. Close to the beach, yes, but still would not recommend to anybody. |

| Perfect location few step to the white sand beach at Patong,our room big room face to the beach,normal food. But the bed very hard have to cover more 2 blankets. Friendly staff and helpful like to stay again next time. |

| Very near to Patong beach and the popular Bangla Rd. Their service is good, although some of the staff can t really understand english that well.
The tour booth in front of the hotel is very helpful as they gave wonderful advise on island tours and taxis bookings (all within a reasonable price). Overall, I enjoyed my stay at White Sand Resortel! |

| Very close to entertainement area. Nice place, friendly staff. The pool is really small but you have Patong beach just crossing the road and breakfast is sufficient. |

| I had a great stay with you guys. But the pictures in your website are very old. The appearance of your rooms do not look like those on your web page. Overall it was a comfortable two weeks with you. I would like to thank your entire staff for making me feel so at home with them. Housekeeping was like as if my mother did it herself, great job. And the reception team, Su and Gym, they took good care of me. The restaurant was great also, even though they need longer service hours. The salon, they have some of the most professional women working for them. They pampered me like as if I was royalty or something(thank you Ying and Oona). |

| Only one positive thing.The hotel is very near the beach but all others things are negative.The aircon almost made noise.Internet very expensive.The staffs are not friendly , not professionals and they don t speak well english.the brekfast very poor. |

| Great location, and we had a free room upgrade to a suite. That s the only positive things I can say.
The staff were less than friendly. I wouldn t give a dog the breakfast that was on offer. The shower is only of use if you are a midget. There was a constant smell of sewage from the drain in the bathroom. The aircon almost made more noise than all the night clubs in Patong.
Internet was expensive.
I must point out that this hotel was not our first option. |

| The location of the hotel was good, just 3 minutes walking to the Patong beach and nearby to the centre of all activities in Patong. The staffs are also friendly but have a problem to speak well in English. If u rent a motorbike, u need to park infront of the hotel in the morning and move the motorbike accross the road in the evening. You need to do this on your own and do not rely on the hotel staffs to do that for you even if they promise to do that for you. On my last day at White Sand Resortel, they forgot to move our motorbike and we re fined TB500 by the police to open the padlock of the motorbike and another TB60 as a fare to go to and fro the police station. The breakfast was not good because they only served u a bread, strawberry jam, eggs, baked beans & hotdogs everyday. If u want other than that, u need to pay by yourself. Please ask to stay in room at 3rd or 4th floor if u want to see the beach from your balcony. They only have a small swimming pool at the 4th floor. Please beware if you use the pool because the edges of the stairs to going down to the pool is very sharp. |

| Stayed here for 10 nights, found the place to be clean and cheap and great location.
Mananger and staff very friendly and helpful.

| The first thing my wife and I noticed as we walked in the reception area was the disgusting smell, and it never changed the whole time we where there, the staff were ok,
The room its self was great, big, 2 TVs, (we stayed in the royal suite), nice comfortable bed, very big shower, but that s where the good things ended, the shower yes it was huge but the problem was the slope that lets the water run to the drain, ran into the bathroom so everytime we showered the bathroom flooded, the A/C was the noises ever, and then of course no double glazed doors so you can hear everything from the bar across the road, the toilet was ALWAYS blocked.
So I would not recommend to stay at this hotel, unless of course you like swimming in your bathroom, and having a bad smell everytime you walk in the hotel, oh and one more thing, after we checked in we waited about 5 mins for the lift to come down, we get in about 2 minutes later we arrive at our floor, when we went to go out we decided to take the stairs and well we where 10 steps from the reception area, so the lift ride to start was not needed. |

| Nice enough hotel. I was given a room wth 2 uncomfortable single beds and was not able to change. A/C did not work great. The people tried hard, especially the guys at breakfast. Location was not the greatest. Overall acceptable for the in Phuket. |

| The hotel is very clean and location is great but I have to agree with others that the breakfast could use some help. Also, we were charged for a broken seal on a liquor bottle which was never opened. Beds are comfortable. Nothing was ever missing from our room so I consider this hotel worth trying, we enjoyed our stay over all. |

| Upgraded to Royal Suite Room. Very very hospitable staff and also very extremely nice room. Very pleased with the good service the staff rendered. Will definitely go back there again as the location s superb too! |

| The room was large and comfortable, facing the street, but still not too noisy. Breakfast could have been better, but we did not mind. Location is good, close to the center, but not too busy. The sea is 1 min only. It was worth the price we paid. |
