Breakfast below average, and the first couple of days they were out of toilet paper somehow. Every second day the housekeeping forgot something. And no change of the beach/pool towel. You only get one. Besides this, the general impression is good though, and the staff are very friendly and polite :-) So all in all it was okay.

Отдыхал с женой и двумя сыновьями. Сначала волновались относительно того, что отель находится не на пляже, но оказалось, что пляжи совсем рядом.
В отеле хорошие завтраки, ресторан при гостинице предлагает достаточно хороший выбор блюд, поэтому, в принципе, из отеля можно и не выходить (шутка).
Персонал дружелюбен и отзывчив, все возникающие вопросы решали оперативно и без каких-либо дополнительных напоминаний.
Из минусов могу отметить лишь недостаточную звукоизоляцию между номерами.
В следующий приезд на Пхукет с высокой долей вероятности остановлюсь в этом отеле повторно.

When I asked receptionists to book a taxi for transfer they have refused me. I was forced to run around the hotel for taxi search. All the rest is Value for money .

Отличный отель, оказался большим, но все очеь компактно и уютно. Мызаказывали виллу с видом в сад,но оказалось, что вида нет,т.е. терраса выходит на заднюю стену территории прямиком на вышку с высоковольтными проводами. Но проблемы у нас с этим не было - просто не проводили время на террасе своей вилы - а зачем?))) Лучше брать виллу со своим выходом в бассейн - там действительно классно! Да! Берите с собой мыло: дают 2 маленьких кусочка на все 2 недели, как-то оставили 20 бат рядом с обмылком - не помогло. А кто мешал купить нормальный кусок за 12 бат в 7элевен?)) Завтраки отличные, папайя каждый день и обалденные вафли, почти как в Бельгии)) Тай фуд каждый день разнообразно, так что получали удовольствие. Выдают розовые полотенца на пляж - удобно! Кстати, хоть отель на 2-ой линии, но стоит почти посередине между пляжами Карон (ближе) и Ката - разнгообразие опять же! Пляжный сервис процветает, на Кате можно даже вкусные нудлы заказать на обед - принесут прямо к лежаку. На Карон бич здорово плавать с маской - кучя рыб и крабов! Кстати, в этом году впервые встретили огромных розовых медуз - страшное злелище, но они на глубине и их можно заметить (вода 100% прозрачная!) и обплыть. Правда, очень страшно тем, кто боиться что-либо встретить в море.... ну не заплывайте тогда! Меня, кстати, обожгла такая...был ожог, рука горела, но за день прошло... здоровью в целом не повредило. В отеле в ресторане со стороны улицы отличный ресторан с белыми скатертями, готовят рыбу просто обалденно - возьмите мокрель! А цены на фиш, как в забегаловке на клеенке! А вообще рядом есть ресторан высококй кухни - не побоюсь этого слова!! Называется Two Chefs. Это что-то, реально высокая кухня, цены , конечно, выше соседних ресторанов, но сравните с московскими!)) На обед и частенько на ужин ходили в кафешку через дорогу от пляжа - нужно пройти со стороны Карон в сторону Патонга ну метров 50. Моррепродукты свежак! Массажный салон превосходный прямо напротив отеля через дорогу. Называется Моок, лучше бронировать время накануне. Кстати,отличная увелирка порадует девушек и дам, можно заказть изделие или переделать что-то. Делают неделю, очень хорошо: переделывала сережку в кулон - оч довольна! Ходили на пляж Карон через территорию отеля Марин Пукет - территория сказочная, есть виллы с видом на море - оч живописно! Жаль, на сайте его не встретили, если захотим еще раз приехать на Карон бич, то только туда)) С нашего расположения выбирались только 1 раз на Патонг. Был дождь, решили посетить Джанцейлон - шоппинг)) Такси в 1 конец 400 бат. До аэропорта 800 бат. Не езжайте на экскурсию Острова Джеймс Бонда - ужасная организация, зря потратили день. Хотя 3 года назад ездили на Пи-Пи - понравилось. Конечно, если бы индивидуально.... но мы еще не доросли. Желаю всем приятного отдыха на Пукете!

Хорошее расположение отеля, вежливый персонал, чистота номера сделали отдых приятным. Хороший завтрак. В первый день обедали в отеле: вкусно, цены стандартные для побережья. В радиусе 200 метров множество хороших ресторанов: Два шефа, Динопарк, On the beach.
Лежаки возле бассейна после обеда имелись всегда.
Экскурсии брали в отеле, была предложена 50% скидка.

Our reservation, despite confirmation by the hotel had a problem. When we arrived (with 2 my children)we were informed that the room was only available from the day after causes: over-booking. Fortunately, after two hours of discussion we were given a room. The hotel overall is ok and the staff was very friendly.The town of Kata is now too busy: too much tourism, too many hotels, too many facilities and too much business for a country that was already naturally a marvel.Why the human person must always overdo?

Nice place with perfect service with a smile! Breakfast was really good, the way to the breakfast restaurang was a little hilly puh!:) But it gave you a chance to eat even more:)The superior room in the old building was really nice and comfortable, nice view from balcony! But the room needs a little reconditioning, ours was a little worn!

Fairly ok hotel. Its a long trip to the shopping in Patong and taxi and tuk-tuks are extremely overpriced (400B). The beach and local shops are quite ok. The facilities are ok

Недавно мы вернулись из путешествия по Таиланду. Жили на Пхукете в отеле Dimond Cottage. Отель находится в районе двух пляжей Ката и Карон. До обоих идти минут 5-6 от силы. Встретили нас вполне дружелюбно. Номер был свежий с классным кондеем и балконом с видом на бассейны. Персонал убирался у нас каждый день. Завтраки были вкусные, хотя в основном они все схожи: яичница, тосты, бекон, свежие фрукты, соки. В свободное от пляжа, как говорится, время мы ходили на фитнес. Обязательно в следующий раз остановимся здесь. И хотелось бы выразить огромную благодарность онлайн-системе asiahotels.ru за то, что мы с лёгкостью и по выгодной цене забронировали этот великолепный отель!

We were very pleased with our stay at Diamond Cottage. The staff was very nice and friendly. Good breakfast. Very good food and show at the BBQ-party. Only a few minutes walk to the lovely Karon beach.

The place for the hotels was very good.
Close to everything. 3 min walk to the beach and middle of the town.
We stay in the new buildning so we could not hear the music from the bar from another hotel Play very high
Don t stay in the old room this is to close to the music and the room is not so good.
The food from the poolbar was not good and the service at the hotel was okay but not as other hotels in Thailand.
When we tjek out early in the morning we could order free breakfast we could eat in the bus to the airport - This was very good service.
One very very bad thing was. Their was no elavator to the fist floor, so this is very bad if you bring so kids their not can walk.

The Hotel was all that I expected and even more. A nice cosy Hotel in Thai style and very familiar. Staff was superfriendly and vey helpful. Even the Taxidrivers stationed at the hotel was very good. For our children the Songkran New year festival will be a memory for lifetime, good arrangment from the staff. You can probably find the same kind of Hotel even better and/or cheaper but the staff was wonderful and made everything super nice. Hotel location is perfect right between Kata and Karon beaches(5 minutes each way) and a good base for day trips to islands, Phuket city, shopping, zoo, big Buddha or trekking.
Next to the Hotel a supernice restaurang called Kampong hill.

We had a very nice suite for 4 persons, 2 adult and 2 youngsters. The suite was very pleasent,the service from the staff was excellent. We will definately consider the hotel again for our next visit to Phuket

FANTASTIC!We booked the VILLA, a great room, very spacious, comfortable and cleaning up. The staff is nice and very helpful.Abundant and variuos breakfast.
In the middle of Karon center, near the beach, calm and attractive zone.
Far 20 minutes from the noisy and crowded Patong
Diamond Cottage Resort & Spa is really Lovely place

The rooms are satisfactory, although they could be better lit and would benefit from a full length mirror. The worst thing about this hotel was the breakfast which was dreadful. The breakfast area is open air under a roof, overlooking the main road. The breakfast buffet was laid out first thing and although some items were covered (bread, croissants, fruit), other items were left uncovered. We were alarmed to see egg mix, for instance and cooked ommlettes just left out uncovered with flies aplenty. Needless to say we only ate toast. There wasn t much choice either and this hotel offered the worst breakfast out of the four hotels we stayed at. We took advantage of the free evening meal (if you book more than 3 night s stay)which was nice but the service was awful. We are not generally complainers, but we had to ask them to clear away the main course after we had been finished ages so we could have dessert. The pool and pool area was fabulous and there were plenty of loungers for all, although I don t think the hotel was fully booked. The service at the pool bar was slow and plates were left out for hours. Please be advised also that this hotel is not that close to the beach and there is a 10 minute walk. To top off our stay, on the last day the air conditioning leaked heavily from the ceiling through a light fitting. Reception sent a guy to look at it and he proceeded to turn on the light (that had water pouring out of it) to look at the damage. I tried to get across to him that electricity and water is damgerous but he just smiled at me!! You could say this indicates the general relaxed attitude the Thais have for electricity, but I was alarmed to say the least and we couldn t get to our new room quickly enough. Would not stay here again.

shown. There was a lot of dark wood and

A very nice hotel! Ther reception staff greeted us with cold towels when we arrived after 24 hours of travelling - lovely. Our pool view room was not available, and we were upgraded to a villa for our entire stay, which was fine. The room was very nice, though the patio was a bit dark and murky-feeling, with a view of nothing but a fence and a path. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant overlooks the road and isn t the cosiest. All in all, though, a great experience!

Loved Diamond Cottage Resort. The first three nights we stayed in villas, very quiet & relaxing, but no view. On return visit (from Phi Phi islands) we stayed in pool view rooms, again very happy. Pool side rooms also have a day bed that you can overlook pool area, very relaxing. Staff beautiful & friendly, great & treated us like long lost family. Pool area lovely, clean, nice gardens, gym, etc. Small quiet resort- (this is what we like), no view, 5 minute walk to beach, buffet breakfast. Love to return.

Breakfast OK, employers are very nice.
The Restaurant have to much western influance and don t provide (like anywhere in phuket) good real thai food.
Very good hotel for relaxing, away from nasty bars, but still close for correct restaurants.

Let us tell you, why this hotel is our favorite hotel when we often are staying in Phuket.
The rooms are great and the same is the cleaning. A family should absolutely choose this hotel. All facilities are offered by such a nice hotelcrew. The location is close to the beach and in the middle of the city, (which you cant hear).
Looking forward coming back.
