| Excellent rapport qualité prix. Un hôtel agréable avec deux grandes piscines très agréables. Chambres de luxe toutes équipées. Un confort comme on aime trouver !
Bien situé, à proximité direct de la plage agréable de Nai Yang Beach.
Nous avions un avion tôt le matin, nous avons apprécié le servie taxi de l hotel au même prix que n importe quel taxi ainsi que la breakfast box qui nous a été offerte en compens&ation du petit-déjeuner que nous n avons pas pu prendre à cause de l heure. |

| Ok hotell, not quite like the pictures but then again its not a new hotell. The area around the hotell very quiet, some restaurants and a coupel of mini markets, thats about it. To quiet for me;-) Stayed for 4 nights and that was plenty for me;-)
Brekfast was good, area for eating brekfast/restaurant not so good, hot, buggs, and things frome trees falling down in our food.
Overall experians good. |

| we had only one night here but we whis that we had one more. Nice rooms, three nice pools att the hotell. Helpfull staff, not to god at english. The hotell is just next to the beach with clear water. Not much to do in evening exept sitting at the nice restaurants on the beach. NOT much else to do, no shopping . But the hotel and the beach was so nice so one more night we could have. This is not a place you stay one week at (naiyarn )if you dont get around on your own. |

| I booked this hotel because of the reviews. I found out it is not true, the facilities are not good, the hotel is not clean, the staff are not nice or efficient (except the cleaning staff) and they do not speak the basic english, the breakfast is very poor. Example: On the day we arrived it started to rain heavyly after our dinner, we ran to the lobby and there were two staff who looked at us and did not ask if we needed an umbrella and continued sitting. The staff from the restaurant who served breakfast were always in a bad mood, not helpful and did not speak the basic english. Will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. |

| nice and spacius room......good breakfast
i ts ok for 3/4 nigth....but i dont understand why internet is not free in the room ! the hotel i ts a only at 50 meters of the beach....this is perffect.. |

| Bra läge intill stranden, bara tvärs över gatan. På stranden finns ett antal restauranger bl. a Savoey med typisk god Thailänsk mat. Det har byggts en del nytt på stranden sen vi var här sist ca 2 år sedan. |

| Bodde här sista natten av vår 2 veckors resa i Phuket och även det sämsta hotellet tyvärr.Personalen har troligen glömt att städa efter sista gästen,vid sängdags märktes det att sängkläderna var använda, sand och fläckar var kvar i sängen.De kom och bytte snabbt efter klagan |

| This is a nice pleasant resort without thrills in a rather quiet part of Phuket. The cleaning staff were fantastic and we really appreciated their little surprises each day - towels folded like elephants etc. The beach itself was a disappointment - the monsoon rains dragged up so much rubbbish - it s a pity no one takes the time to clean it. The restaurant at the resort was disappointing and exspensive. Breakfast was rather dull. I would recommend it for a 3 or 4 day stay not 9 as we did. |

| We had booked the Turtle Pool Villa and when we arrived the room was not ready. When we finaly get the room we found it poor cleaned and the pool was so dirty so they have to clean it before we could use it. The aircond dosen t work propely so they try to repair it but they do not succeed. After we complain about the above they give us Thana Grand Suite. That room was better but not realy cleaned and the pool was not cleaned as well as the private garden area. The service at breakfast was very low as well as the standard. Compare to the rate for the room we can absolutly not recommend this hotel. |

| Stayed here for 5 nights and had a great time! the area is quite quiet but ideal for a relaxing holiday and everyone is very friendly. if youre looking for more adventure, they are very helpful in booking you all sorts of day trips. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms great quality. Not many facilities but have multiple pools so never gets too crowded in the pool! |

| Отель бронировали вблизи аэропорта, чтобы насладиться последним днем отдыха на Пхукете. Недоразумения преследовали нас с момента заселения и до момента отъезда: сначала вместо виллы с бассейном нас по ошибке заселили в тесную комнату на втором этаже, а в аэропорту водитель потребовал повторно уплатить ему 200 батт за трансфер, несмотря на то, что мы оплатили эту сумму на ресепшн в момент заселения. Такие ошибки сервиса настораживают.
Сам отель очень хорош, находится через дорогу от пляжа и в 10 минутах от аэропорта. |

| Room was clean. Hotel was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The resort itself was very small, not a lot going on. the beach was covered in rubbish and realy wasn t somewhere where we wanted to spend any time after seeing it. |

| Nous avons séjourné une nuit la veille de notre départ en avion (chambre Thai Deluxe). Les chambres sont très agréables, propres et design épuré. Concernant la situation : super quand on a un avion à prendre le lendaine (10 mn de l areoport). En plus, c est à deux pas de la plage : une rue non passante a traverser seulement. Et la plage est superbe : un peu sauvage ce qui change un peu des autres plages de Phuket et pour autant avec plein de petits restaurants sur la plage. Très sympa. Personnellement, nous serions bien restés une nuitee supplémentaire si nous n avions pas du prendre notre avion. Nous conseillons ! |

| A nice resort close to a nice beach. The room was nice, convenient, clean, had a big fridge, good air con and a very good bathroom.
There is a pool close to anywhere on the premises.
The beach is in short walking distance and is nice.
There are several good value food options around, including some with tables on the beach with seaview. |

| Rooms are very good, breakfast also good with enough choice. Hotel has three pools, sunbeds near the pools were almost unoccupied all the day, water was very warm. The disadvantage is the almost the absence of shadow on the territory of the hotel that makes feel very hot. Beach is within 3-5 min walking, water is clean, but sunbeds on the beach are expensive. The beach seemed not very much scenic; there are too much boats and yachts that shields most part of the horizont; the place is not good for those who want to have peaceful stay close to nature. Beach is surrounded by several rows of little shops and restaurants. The hotel is good for a short stay when travelling in Thailand because it is very close to Phuket Intl Airport. |

Nai Yang beach is a much better location than other beaches in the south Phuket. can recommend.

| Arrived new years day - had problems checking in as we had booked 2 rooms but they only gave us keys for one room. Eventually got this sorted .The big problem with this hotel was we had no water whatsoever in the bathrooms or toilet.As we were staying here again at the end of our trip, we asked for different rooms. We were told we would get different rooms but upon check in for the second time ,we were issued exact rooms in the exact same block. We asked to be moved but they would not,despite many rooms being empty.This time however there was water! On the plus side it is really quick to get to the airport from this hotel.The staff are not helpful. |

| hey everyone,
we arrived after a long ride from Koh phiphi, the stuff where very nice and welcoming. the room was clean, decent and spacious and well equipped with all that you need. two small swimming pool but it is close to the beach and to all the local bars and restaurants. location is great if you are looking for departure from the airport,
the only minus that we found is a really poor breakfast. |

| The hotel is really nice and we liked our room (tropical wing) very much. However, we did not like the breakfast room very much; compared to the rest of the hotel it is not nice at all. Location is very good; 1 min walk from the beach and less than 10 min from the airport. |

| If you want to chill out this is the place. Great standnard of room, lovely pool but dont expect anything to be going on, there are a few restaraunts and bars outside the hotel but that is it. Taxi s are avaliable to venture out if necessary. Wonderful staff! |

| Lovely location and great service. Very clean. Ideal for children. The only complaint is that breakfast isn t included for child in extra bed. It was the best place we visited during three weeks. Next time in Thailand will include a second visit in Nai Yang. |
